Delivery is arranged at the time of purchase. We’ll confirm a suitable time window that works for you.
In-Store Pickup
Prefer to collect your appliance yourself? Come in to our Heathmont store at a time that suits you. We’ll have it ready and waiting.

We bring your appliance directly to your home address within our delivery zone. A delivery fee applies and is confirmed at purchase.
Heavy Lifting Included
Our delivery team handles all the heavy lifting. We’ll carry your appliance to your preferred location inside the home.
Free In-Store Pickup
There is no charge to collect your appliance from our Heathmont store. Simply come in at a time that suits you.
Access Conditions
Please advise us of any access challenges — stairs, narrow doorways, restricted parking — so we can plan accordingly.

Delivery timeframes are subject to our current schedule. We’ll always work with you to find a convenient time window.

Please advise us at the time of enquiry if your home has any access challenges such as narrow doorways, stairs, restricted parking, or complex entry requirements. This helps us ensure your delivery goes smoothly.
Large appliances such as fridges and washing machines require suitable space for safe handling. Our delivery team will do their best to assist, but we cannot be responsible for any pre-existing damage to property.
